Career Education Committee 2020 - 2021

In order to prepare students for a better future, the careers education team provides numerous school-based activities to promote life-wide learning and to assist students with their life planning. These include talks given by various tertiary institutions, surveys, workshops, sharing by alumni and personality trait tests to help students plan their future multiple pathways. Various visits to tertiary institutes (such as PolyU of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, SCAD, etc.) and to local business (Prudential Insurance Company, Grand Hyatt, Cathy City, etc.) are organized. Students are provided with opportunities to join activities held by professional bodies. For example, our students have joined the Honing Skills in Hospitality Programme held by the HK & Shanghai Hotels Ltd. and HK Council of Social Services which provides them with great insight and valuable hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.
