President Cup Int'l (HK) Dance Competition 2018
Three of our students participated in the 2018 President Cup Int'l (HK) Dance Competition organised by International (HK) Dance Association, and they were awarded top 3 prizes in Jive (Secondary School Section). Congratulations to all of them!

6B Nasmbu Mbele Joao (ZAC) is among the talented athletes to take part in the Schools Interport Basketball Competition 2017-2018. He represented Hong Kong to have matches with the teams from Macau, Guangdong & Fujian from 27 to 29 April 2018.

HKJC Futsal Cup
Our school's boys FUTSAL (5-a-side-football) team is only established this year and achieved great results immediately. The team took part in the HKJC Fustal Cup (Schools Tournament) organized by Hong Kong Football Association and won 1st-runners up in Boys U15 division, thus qualified for the all-territory finals in July. Congratulations!

HKSSF Interschool Football Competition (Boys C Grade)
The C Grade Boys Football Team has won 4th place in the HKSSF Interschool Football Competition 2017-2018 (Division 3 Kowloon 3). As a result, our school has won the overall Champions and is promoted to Division 2 for the next academic year. Congratulations on such a great achievement!

Drama 2018
The school drama class participated in three competitions in March and April. At the Inter-government Secondary School Drama Fest, we won the Award for Outstanding Script, Outstanding Director, Outstanding Cooperation and Outstanding Overall Performance. At both the Hong Kong School Drama Festival and EMI English Drama Fest, Ramos Michaela Jhoi D won the Award for Outstanding Performer.

The Art of English Calligraphy: Gratitude Card Design Competition
To nurture students' sense of gratitude, 14 students from S.2 and S.4 attended the English Calligraphy Workshop, organized by Lung Cheung Government Secondary School in January. Seven S.4 students were nominated to participate in the competition. Dela Luna Anne Laurie, from Class 4B, received the Silver Award at the competition. The other participants were awarded Certificated of Appreciation. Mr Chan Chi Pang and Ms Li Lik Man and Gurung Kirtee also attended the Prize-giving ceremony with Anne.

Nike Cup 2018
Limbu Sneha of 1C took part in 2018 Nike Cup Hong Kong in March and April this year, and won the champions of women under-16 with her team. In addition, she was awarded the Most Valuable Player for her excellent performance in the competition. Congratulations!

The Chan Shu Kui Memorial School Rugby 7s Invitational Tournament
Our Girls Rugby Team took part in the Chan Shu Kui Memorial School Rugby 7s Invitational Tournament and achieved encouraging results. Despite playing in the rain, the girls gave everything they had and enjoyed the tournament much. The AB Grade Team won 1st-runners up in the Bowl Competition, while the BC Grade Team won champions in the Plate Competition. Congratulations!

"Multicultural Dream Pursuit Project" Award Ceremony
Under this project, training sessions, career visits and job shadowing exercises were provided for students to obtain career-related information and counselling advice for their career-life planning in further studies and employment. Awards were presented to our school and students in the ceremony.

Congratulations to all our 12 students on becoming outward bounders!
On 9-13 April 2018, 12 of the S3-S4 students went to Sai Kung to have leadership skill training in Outward Bound. They co-operated with each other and kayaked to a wild island in Hong Kong. They learnt survival skills, built up team spirit and valuable life memories. The skills they learnt will equip them to serve our students in different clubs and teams in the future.

"All about Mulan" Dance appreciation
On 2 March 2018, a group of art students and teachers watched an educational dance performance called "All about Mulan" (也文也舞花木蘭) at Tsuen Wan Town Hall. They enjoyed themselves and gained a new learning experience towards Chinese literature and virtue through Chinese dance.

54th Schools Dance Festival – Dancesport Competition
On 1st March, 2018 Wong Hang Yu 4A(14) and Li Chun Yin Jefferson 5B (18), participated in the 54th School Dance Festival –Dancesport Competition in Queen Elizabeth Stadium. It's their first time to perform in this type of competition, that's why they were a bit nervous and excited as well but they have successfully managed to finish in Cha Cha Cha and Jive Dance categories. It's a big achievement for them as it helped them in boosting their confidence and to overcome stage fear.

On 27th February, 2018 Oriental Dance team and Punjabi dance team participated in the 54th Schools dance festival Competitions and got four highly commended awards in "Duet", "Trio" and "Group" dance categories. A Triumph in the HKTREE 2017
Kadoorie's students representing the school entered the division of Super Capacitor Boat Loading Competition of the 12th Hong Kong Technology & Renewable Energy Events (HKTREE 2017) held in Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks on 2 December 2017. Racing with 45 teams from about 30 secondary schools, we took both the champion and the 1st Runner-up prizes with a record score of more than 130,000 and 120,000 points respectively whereas the 2nd Runner-up scored only around 30,000 points. That was an overwhelming win!

10th World Karate Championship
Congratulations Chung Yeung Chuen鍾揚筌of 4B. He represented Hong Kong in the 10th World Karate Championship held in Tenerife, Spain in the 14-15 age category for male under 63kg this October 2017. He attained a World rank of no.9 which is a fantastic achievement.
HKSSF Interschool Swimming Competition 2017/18 Division III (Kowloon One)
Koo Wing Wah Sabrina (5A) participated in the HKSSF Interschool Swimming Competition 2017/18 Division III (Kowloon One). Sabrina finished first in Girls' A Grade 50m Free Style and she finished third in Girls A Grade 50m Butterfly. She received two medals and certificates. Congratulations to Sabrina!

Kadoories in the Inno Expo 2017
As part of the celebration program of the 20th Anniversary of the Handover, the New Generation Inno Expo 2017 was held in Victoria Park from 28 June to 2 July 2017 to showcase Hong Kong youngsters' inventions and discoveries. Our school had the honour to be there to display our students' innovative scientific and technological works. Our exhibits were highly welcomed and appreciated by visitors.
